1/2 lb spinach
1/2 lb arugula
1 avocado
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic – crushed
1/4 cup cilantro or basil
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon real salt
In a food processor with regular cutting blade, add all vegetables, herbs, and salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil into food processor as you process all ingredients.
Use as a spread over crackers or bread or as a dip with vegetables.
You can purchase sorrel, spinach, arugula, cilantro basil, and bread at the markets.
