At both Ketchum and Hailey markets, Kaz Thea, Market Manager, will be making cider from an old fashion press and serving up samples to anyone who wants to try some.
So please stop by the press, find out how to make apple cider the old fashioned way, see it in action and try a cup, it is delicious and has no added sugar or colors. Anyone is welcome to try making cider. The apples we will use to press are from Waterwheel Gardens – sweet, juicy and delicious.
