Just Fruit Zorbet is a 100% frozen fruit dessert. It is like sorbet without the added sugar, additives and stabilizers. Just Fruit Zorbet is also fat-free, dairy-free, soy-free and gluten-free. It’s very nutritious and is often made with fruits high in antioxidants.
Eating whole fruit is the best way we can get the nutrition that fruit has to offer. Just Fruit Zorbet is made with whole fruit and a bit of unsweetened juice acting as the “seasoning”. Because the zorbet is made with the edible part of fruit, you may find small pieces of apple or peach skin, or pineapple or mango fibers. It is the whole fruit that gives the Zorbet it’s exceptional flavor and nutritious fiber content.
The Zorbet is made with local and organic fruits whenever possible. Peaches and pears from Water Wheel Farms in Emmett, Idaho are used and add a special “fruit like you remembered it as a kid” taste to the zorbets.
