BBQ Guy Business and Rod and Linda Rushton. They have a variety of products cooking on the grill for you to eat at the market or take home.

Their meats include Ribs, Chicken, Trout, Sausages, and sometimes you can find pulled pork sandwiches at their booth. The seasoning the Rushton’s use in their BBQ is from an ‘old family recipe’.

The pork is raised in Montana on Hutterite family farms using only the best in all natural feeds and are given no growth hormones or other forms of chemical mayhem. This makes for a superior tasting meat that is less vulnerable to spoilage. The chicken is also ‘all-natural’, raised in the Northwest (Oregon Washington and Idaho).The Golden Trout is raised in water from artesian springs just 1 mile west of Filer and fed with products produced in Buhl. The beans undergo a smoking process that takes up to 12 hours to complete, with only organic (where possible) ingredients. The pulled pork sandwich is served on a organic whole wheat bun with onions from Fairfield Carol Rast’s Prairie Sun Farm. The Pork Shoulder Butt is smoked for up to 18 hours and is incredibly tender and delicious.
