Kaz Thea will be teaching food preservation techniques such as canning and dehydrating at the Sawtooth Botanical Garden Wednesday, October 17, 2014, from 6 to 9 pm. Kaz will demonstrate making and canning Tomatillo Salsa in jars to preserve it. Students will be able to take their finished product home. Class is free but it is necessary to register.
