Wood River Farmer’s Markets September 8 & 10

At the Ketchum market this week on Sept 8 Tuck Wilson will be playing music, in Hailey Sept 10 music is to be announced – we will update here as soon as we know anything. Also in Hailey Derek Gallegos, head chef and owner of Hailey’s Fine Restaurant 310 Main will be giving a demonstration during the market with some great ideas on fast and tasty ways to cook up your market purchases.
Keep an eye out for the many delicious fruits of late summer – pears, peaches, plums, nectarines, apples, raspberries, blueberries and more. Now is the time to enjoy these many delights as the days grow shorter and our growing seasons begin to see the final months of their biggest productions.
