Clear skies welcomed the first week of market in both Ketchum and Hailey as vendors and customers alike happily began the season. Thanks to No Cheap Horses for the excellent music this week will feature the sounds of Some Strings Attached in Ketchum and Rebecca Cox in Hailey. The range of produce available will continue to frow as the season extends. Look for early season fresh baby greens and head lettuce, spinach, swiss chard, kale, green onions, herbs, beets, carrots, turnips, garlic scapes, strawberries, and vegetable and herb plant starts for your garden.
