This is a great month to take advantage of shopping at the market, there is a very large variety of fruits & vegetables available & all the artists & crafts vendors have some incredible products for sale. Early Christmas shopping anyone?
Also, now is the time to consider some food preservation projects – canning, drying, jams & jellies, salsas. Speak with your favorite vendors about advice on different ways to preserve some of cornucopia of summer as well as which items they have in quantity to save for later.
