Stacy Human has created one-of-a-kind bags made from Idaho potato sacs with fun a pretty material lining the bags on the inside. Her product line also includes pillows. Stacy currently lives in Kimberly with her husband and three children. She is a senior at Eastern Oregon University, and is enrolled in the college’s online business program. This is Stacy’s first year participating in the market and her bags have been a big hit. They come in several different sizes and with a variety of details making these bags very unique. Her passions include gardening, sewing, crafts, enjoying the outdoors, and being a stay-at-home mommy to my kids!
