Paul Holle and Kevin Jones are the masterminds and brewers behind Sawtooth Brewery, Ketchum’s only local brewery. This is their third season at the market and they usually have 3 beers to choose from. With Dave Custer pouring swing on by his stand and try one to quench your thirst. The Sawtooth Brewery has a place on Main Street where there is usually at least 8 of their awesome varieties on tap plus a guest tap to choose from. They offer a super friendly environment, they rotate their tap seasonally, and while their establishment does not serve food they encourage you to bring food in from elsewhere while you enjoy sipping their homemade beer.
