Blue Sage Farm, slightly off the beaten path in rural Lincoln County, is owned and operated by Laura and Paul Sluder and their children Jake and Isabella. At Blue Sage Farm they believe a biologically balanced healthy soil makes for healthy plants, animals and humans. The Sluder’s call it the soil to stomach connection.
Laura utilizes a unique combination of sustainable farming systems. Our farming practices were featured in a presentation at the 2010 National Women in Agriculture Risk Management Conference.
Blue Sage Farm offers beautifully presented and packaged, fresh and delicious tasting cheeses including manchego, a variety of chevre including herb and black pepper, feta, and other varieties. They offer samples of their cheeses at their booth. And now Laura is making pizzas while you wait! She uses her own cheeses on the pizza and they are delicious!
